The MR truck licence Sydney is designed to provide the applicant with the driving skills and knowledge to successfully gain an MR licence. To obtain your MR licence, you must have a current Australian driver’s licence that has been valid for a minimum of six months. You also need a secondary form of identification. You must be competent in a manual transmission vehicle and pass an eye test. If you do not already have a heavy vehicle licence, you are required to take a written exam.
As part of the coursework to assess your progress, we will administer a written test and ensure that you are competent in Pre-operational checks of the vehicle and load, cabin drills, reversing, load securing and vehicle operation and control.
